Editorial Policy

How Gamdom Help researches, updates, and corrects information, and how affiliate relationships are separated from editorial conclusions.

Purpose

This policy describes how Gamdom Help handles facts, updates, and affiliate relationships. It does not claim newspaper credentials. Named editors are listed on the about page.

Fact checking

Process descriptions that belong to Gamdom are checked against official help articles or the live site. If a figure is likely to change — minimums, catalogues, promotion text — the page says so and points to the live cashier or help center instead of freezing a rumour in place.

What we do not publish

  • Fake ratings, testimonials, or user reviews
  • Invented support phone numbers or unofficial emails presented as official
  • Guaranteed winnings, “signals,” or deposit-match amounts we have not verified
  • Screenshots pretending to be the official product UI

Corrections

If something is wrong, use the contact form. Material errors should be corrected in the page and, if the meaning changed, the updated date should change.

Updates

Updated dates change when the substance of a page changes. They are not refreshed to look new.

Affiliate disclosure and independence

Referral links may generate compensation. That does not require a positive conclusion. Editorial pages should still describe limitations, irreversible crypto risk, and responsible gambling. See the affiliate disclosure.

Changing information

Operators change terms. When official help contradicts an older sentence here, official help wins and this site should be updated. Until that edit happens, treat the cited official article as the operator’s current statement.
