Crypto deposits
Official deposit help lists BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, USD1, BNB, LTC, TRX, XRP, DOGE, and SOL. You select the asset, copy the address (and tag if shown), send from an external wallet on the matching network, then wait for confirmations. A fuller mechanic explainer is How crypto transactions work on Gamdom.
Crypto withdrawals
Official withdrawal help uses the same asset list. You paste an address you control, confirm the amount and fee, and wait. Official material says swapping to a different coin is not available, so the asset you deposited is the asset you should be prepared to withdraw. See withdrawals.
Wallet addresses
An address is destination information, not a password. Anyone can send to it; only the holder of the corresponding keys can spend from it. Official deposit help says not to save Gamdom deposit addresses because they can change. For withdrawals, paste from the receiving wallet’s deposit screen, then check the first and last characters.
Network selection
Official deposit documentation also flags that XRP requires a destination tag/memo. If the tag is missing, funds may not credit. Contact official support with the TXID rather than sending a second payment.
Blockchain confirmations
A transfer is not finished when you click send. Miners or validators add it to a block, then more blocks stack on top. Official deposit help says this can take minutes to hours depending on traffic. Faster fee options, where offered on withdrawal, trade money for time; they do not change the destination.
Transaction hashes
A TXID is the identifier of the transfer. Official deposit help: open the sending wallet’s history, open the transaction, copy the long hash. Paste it into an explorer for that chain. Support teams need it because they cannot see inside your personal wallet.
Common mistakes
- Wrong network
- Missing memo/tag
- Old saved deposit address
- Below-minimum send
- Withdrawing to an address that does not support the chain
- Sharing seed phrases with someone who “works support”
Security
Enable Gamdom 2FA before large withdrawals. Official security material says 2FA is used for withdrawals. On your own wallet, use a reputable app or hardware device, verify addresses on the device screen, and never type a seed phrase into a website. Phishing pages copy brands; they do not copy your hardware wallet.
