Use the official wallet deposit page after login.

Choose the asset and network
Match them exactly in the sending wallet.

Copy the current address and tag
Do not paste an address from last month’s notes.

Send and save the TXID
Copy it before you close the wallet.
While you wait
Official help says confirmation can take minutes to hours. Watch the explorer, not a countdown on social media. If nothing credits after an on-chain confirmation, take the TXID to official support.
