Withdrawal process

Official instructions are: log in, open Wallet → Withdraw, choose a cryptocurrency, paste the deposit address from your external wallet or exchange, enter an amount that meets the current minimum, review, and confirm. Then watch Transactions → Withdrawals.

A numbered tutorial is in How to withdraw from Gamdom.

Available methods

Official withdrawal help lists BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, USD1, BNB, LTC, TRX, XRP, DOGE, and SOL. Official FAQ material says most countries can use crypto withdrawals and some also have a bank-transfer option. What you see in the cashier is the source of truth for your account.

Official FAQ also says deposits and free-spin winnings must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn. If a button is disabled, check that rule before assuming the cashier is broken.

Crypto withdrawals

Official material also says coin swapping is not available, so withdraw the same cryptocurrency you deposited. It describes network fees as blockchain fees Gamdom does not control, and mentions slow/standard/fast speed options whose fees vary. Check the fee quote before you confirm.

Pending withdrawals

Official articles say crypto withdrawals are usually processed within 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on confirmations, and that some bank transfers may take longer. Pending can also mean an account review or a requested KYC check. Official FAQ says verification is not always required, but it can be requested for withdrawals.

Transaction tracking

Use Transactions → Withdrawals in the Gamdom account, then the TXID in a blockchain explorer once it exists. An explorer showing confirmations means the funds are on the way to the address you entered — including if that address was wrong.

Wallet and network mistakes

  • Pasting an address for a different coin
  • Using the wrong chain for a stablecoin
  • Missing a memo/tag on networks that require one
  • Withdrawing to an exchange account that does not support that chain

Official withdrawal help suggests a small test withdrawal when using a new address.

Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm the request appears in Transactions → Withdrawals.
  2. If there is a TXID, look it up on the correct explorer.
  3. If it never leaves pending, contact official support with the time and asset. Do not open a second withdrawal to “nudge” the first until you know the status.
  4. If 2FA blocks you, that is working as designed. Recover 2FA through official support, not through DMs.
